"Due to her French-Indian/Ukrainian background this attractive lady has very distinct features that set her apart from many other girls operating under the banner of the modeling industry. In spite of her youth – just having crossed the magnificent barrier that separates teenagers from adults - Kyra comes across as a confident woman, a little intimidating at first when she swirls her extremely long hair around her head and holds your gaze with her hazel-green eyes. But as so often is the case, appearances can be deceiving, for she is in fact a rather down to earth person, funny and romantic by nature, who just loves to transform herself into different personalities when being watched, either by camera or the naked eye!
*What triggered you to become a model and why do you like it so much?
“Ever since I was two years old, strangers would stop me & my parents on the streets to say I should become a model. That's really how it all started. When I did my first photo shoot, it just came naturally & I didn't consider it a ; job', because my happiness and passion came out while shooting. Another reason why I like it so much is because the transformation is remarkable. It's always fun seeing how different you can look, yet still be yourself.”
*What is your most memorable experience as a model so far?
“My first fashion show at Mac n Mango! I remember being nervous and the adrenaline rush of everyone running around and changing into their new outfits so quickly. When it was my turn to walk the runway, I was extremely scared I would trip, but as soon as I stepped out to meet my doom a complete transformation came over me. I just put my modeling face on and did it! It was a really good feeling and the best thing...I didn't trip! :D”
*If you were to be marooned on a deserted island, which three items would you take with you and why these?
1 ) Photos - memories are my life. No matter where the people in them may be now, photographs remind me that I will still have a part of them forever with me.
2 ) Survival book/kit! To be honest, I'm really book smart . . . but when it comes to street smarts/survival sense... LOL ... let's just say I'd give myself 2 days max!”
3 ) Flashlight! Confession time... I am scared of the dark when I'm by myself. I've watched way too many scary movies in my lifetime ( I love horror movies ) & my brain always takes away from those movies to psych me out! Sounds ridiculous for my age, but I admit it's true.”
*Suppose you could travel back in time...where would you go and for what reason?
“If I could travel back in time, it would be to where I was when I was 5 years old, back to the first house I ever lived in. I miss those days, because they were the happiest. I always had my family around, never had a worry in the world. .. and my father was still alive. I miss being little!”
*What would be your dream location to shoot?
“Fiji! It looks very mind blowing.”
*How would you best describe yourself?
“Outspoken, funny and intimidating at first glance.”
*Where do you see yourself 10 years from now?
“Travelling the world, still modeling ! Hopefully moved to a warmer place with a hot climate :P”
*What would your perfect evening look like if you were to go out on a date?
“A romantic Candlelight Dinner while on vacation with a breathtaking view of a calm beach as romantic music is playing and roses are being presented to me!!”
*If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why?
“Physically it would be my teeth - I really do hate them! - and personality wise the fact that I am too trusting in people.”
*Pick one song that is just totally you and tell us why you like it so much.
“September - Earth Wind Fire!” To me it's the happiest sounding song out there. I started to like it when I was younger, just because my birthday is in September ( very cheesy ). Ever since then it's kinda just stuck with me. Hey, I'm a Oldies girl!”
*Best movie of the past year?
“I don't watch very many movies, but Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark is outrageously scary. I also think Puss In Boots is fantastic too though!”
*You get to share a hot tub with three people. Who would you pick?
“1 ) Willy Monfret

3 ) Brad Pitt Ladies, you know what I'm talking about ;)”
*What's your biggest turn off?
“Men who are too confident and men who act like children with temper tantrums.”
*What do you consider to be your biggest plus as a model?
“Meeting people who are as passionate about their profession as I am.”
*What's the funniest thing that ever happened to you during a shoot?
“I invited my friend to do a shoot with me on the beach. As we were getting our photos taken, a few guys thought it would be funny to try and distract us. I found it annoying, but I thought the awkwardness was quite funny. Or perhaps just how stupid they made themselves look.”
